Qualifications: 

BS in Exercise Science & MS in Exercise Science 

  • I spent a few years in strength and conditioning roles, a few years teaching in academia, some time involved in research, and learned directly under Dr. Mike in my undergrad.
  • I held over a 1350+ total in powerlifting with a double bodyweight bench at 176 pounds, played competitive soccer growing up, and now have a strong mix of running, cycling, and lifting all while balancing family, work, and other responsibilities. 

 

Hobbies and Interests: 

  • I love spending time outdoors soaking in the sun along with spending my time with my wife, child, and dog. Nothing brings me greater joy than being with them. 
  • I love cycling, running, and lifting. 
  • I enjoy setting goals for myself and then tracking metrics for improvement while making adjustments where necessary.

I want to make sure that the goals are in alignment with what the clients truly wants and then work with them to implement changes that lead to success. Meeting clients where they are means meeting them with their current roles and responsibilities in life, and making sure that there is a good pathway to navigate their lives and still prioritize the goals they have.
