• Michael Israetel, PhD

    Dr. Mike Israetel holds a PhD in Sport Physiology and is currently the Chief Content Officer at Renaissance Periodization. He previously served as a professor of Exercise Science at both Lehman College and Temple University, where he taught courses on strength training, sport nutrition, and exercise physiology. Mike has also worked as a sports nutrition consultant for the U.S. Olympic Training Site in Johnson City, TN, and has been an invited speaker at numerous scientific, performance, and health conferences. A co-founder of Renaissance Periodization, Mike is the head designer of both the RP Hypertrophy App and the RP Diet Coach App.
  • Eric Trexler, PhD, CSCS*D, CISSN

    Dr. Eric Trexler is a Lecturing Fellow at Duke University, where he teaches and conducts research related to exercise, nutrition, and metabolism. A former strength coach and professional natural bodybuilder, he has published over 60 peer reviewed papers focused on muscle growth, fat loss, strength development, and long term health. Dr. Trexler is also a co author of the MASS Research Review and brings extensive experience in translating exercise science research into practical strategies for physique and performance focused athletes.
  • Milo Wolf, PhD

    Dr. Milo Wolf is a hypertrophy researcher, coach, and educator specializing in applying exercise science to practical training strategies. He earned his PhD from Solent University, where his research focused on range of motion, stretch mediated hypertrophy, and muscle growth. He currently serves as a Visiting Scholar at Lehman College within the City University of New York system. Dr. Wolf is the founder of Wolf Coaching and co founder of MyoAdapt, and is widely known for his educational content that helps lifters optimize program design, exercise selection, and long term progression.
  • Patroklos “Pak” Androulakis-Korakakis, PhD

    Dr. Patroklos Androulakis Korakakis earned his doctorate in sport science from Solent University, where his research examined the minimum effective training dose for powerlifters. His work focuses on muscle strength, hypertrophy, and strength sport performance, and has been published in numerous peer reviewed journals including Sports Medicine, PeerJ, and Frontiers. As an active coach, Dr. Androulakis Korakakis has worked with physique athletes, powerlifters, and recreational lifters, and regularly presents research at academic conferences and seminars for strength and conditioning professionals worldwide.
