  • I have 7 years of traditional education as a Dietitian and nutrition expert, I have another 8+ years of real experience working as a Dietitian & trainer, and I work WITH clients and their specific needs/goals- I don't have a "my way or the highway" approach to coaching.

  • Best lifts: 512lb squat, 335lb bench, 615lb deadlift

In my free time, I am passionate about strength sports, competing in powerlifting, strongman, and the Scottish Highland Games, while also training for hypertrophy. My involvement in these disciplines has provided me with unique opportunities to collaborate with some of the strongest athletes in the world.
