Fantastic piece of knowledge!! Highly recommended!

"I have many years experience in weight training and I know already a lot, but this book gives you opportunity to expand your knowledge even further. It is not an easy book to read especially for foreign people, but is written in the way that you will understand it completely. If you new to training principles this is a treasure I wish was written 15 years ago and if you advanced athlete this book will give you even more insight of training in details and possibly it helps you brake a plateau you have been struggling with. One way or another!! Awesome lecture for anyone interested in building muscle or try other approaches of training."

Q&A

Hi, it says 376 pages for the e-book but on Amazon for the paperback, it says 272 pages. Is this a typo? I want to get the paperback but I don't want to miss out on 100 pages.
It is likely a formatting difference for the text and page size that changes the number of pages in each format. You won't miss any content with one or the other.
