Great content, let down by poor formatting

"My title explains it. The font is thin and grey, which makes it difficult to read. It's a great shame."

Alan C. (3/5)

Incredibly thorough!

"I don't think there is another strength training resource available today that's as thorough or well-explained as the Principles of Strength Training. I have learned a lot of NEW information and it's great to have all these resources in a single ebook. That said, I thought it would share more on how to design programs using the principles outlined, and I was bummed to see it focus so heavily on powerlifting (considering there is another powerlifting-specific ebook already). Still, it's a fantastic resource that I am proud to own."

Dani S. (4/5)

Best book on strength I’ve ever read

After flying blind for years, the concepts in this book have formed my fundamental understanding of how to train. If you want to raise the quality and effectiveness of your programming, follow the scientific examples laid out by Chad Wesley Smith and Dr. Mike Isratel."
