"This book has been great for teaching me about having a healthy, sustainable relationship with food and exercise."

"This book has information that is deeply helpful, relevant, and validating. I train Crossfit 5x a week and have struggled to find information to help me navigate cuts and bulks while keeping my sanity - especially regarding daily calorie needs. Also deeply thankful for the broader scope of the information, as people may change their types of exercise as they move through life, and there is information to help navigate those changes."

"I love the way this is organised around key principles. I feel well placed to know how to eat better has inspired me to track my macros again to ensure I am getting enough protein"

"Better than any of my fitness certification text that never truly touch specifics to women."

"It seems like the glut of fitness content out there is ever-growing. I've worked out for years, and sometimes I still get confused by all the fads and info swirling. I love how practical and digestible this is. It's definitely one of those books that points me back to true north when I'm having a momentary crisis and wondering if I need to throw out everything I've learned."
— Caitlyn S. (5/5)
"Good book learning about healthy 'dieting'. Hate using that word. Really it is helping to explain how to live a more healthy lifestyle. I love how it explains that constant dieting is unhealthy and not achievable. It is not making any false promises and is very real about what can be achieved in a set amount of time and what not. It's also upfront that it's not always going to be easy."

"Packed with science🔬"

"There is a lot of good information in here. In future editions (or maybe a YouTube video), I would be interested in a discussion of differences in fat/carb utilization in men/women, as well as on fat/carb utilization during different phases of the menstrual cycle."
— R R. (4/5)
"Extremely informative and backed with facts! I am learning a lot about my body and diet as I am going through this book."
