"I have worked out or been active since high school. From just sports to running to hot yoga to more recently weights and CrossFit style workouts. I Have battled the scale my entire life. Battled an eating disorder. I workout 5-6 days a week. And I was eating completely wrong. Not fueling body at all. Not giving the proper nutrients. RP has showed me how to eat properly to get my body and mind healthy. I’m eating breakfast. Making meals full of good food. Yes I have a burger and beer on a night out but then jump right back on schedule next day. That is life! I don’t feel guilty for eating carbs. I look at as the fuel to get the machine running. Amazingly easy to read and understand

"This book has really helped me figure out how to do this whole eating thing. The book is really well written and makes really complex topics seem so simple. I have been obese a majority of my life and in the past few years I tried all the new diet fads, they always seem so sexy and fun. Don’t get me wrong I have lost weight with some of them but none that I tried were sustainable. With this diet it’s not that way. This is a long term solution that teaches you how to feed your body to achieve your goal. I am currently in the middle of my second month of my first fat loss cycle and the weight is coming off while my strength is increasing."

Good first iteration of an app, but not quite there yet.

"It takes a little getting used to if you are used to the templates. It requires a little more foresight as to what your week and schedule will look like. I'd really like the ability to choose multiple different foods from each category. If I choose a higher fat protein I loose all higher fat carbs even if, for example, I want a turkey pattie with egg white breakfast sandwich it won't let you have both. It would also be nice to change units on the food items. I usually use grams but occasionally an ounce measurement would be helpful especially when at the meat counter and having them weigh out you protein."

"RP Diet 2.0 is your one stop shop to nutrition for athletic performance, end of story. On top of taking care of the pyramid fundamentals it also includes cool things like hunger management and diet adherence as well as cool things water cutting and special diet considerations. This was the key selling point for me as someone more advanced who has competed and counted macros before i loved the extra distance this book takes it with those smaller details. It gives you the scientific basics of nutrition but then helps you apply it like a pro"
