"This book answered all my questions surrounding training volume as it relates to hypertrophy. If you’re unsure of how to approach your programming from the volume standpoint, this is certainly the PDF for you, I highly recommend it!"

"I loved the detail and attention that the authors paid to the nuance of different sports, goals, and levels of trainees. I came away with a more thorough understanding of training programming and volume landmarks for a variety of training scenarios, but more importantly for different levels of athletes. Beginners and very advanced lifters may use very similar exercises, but the volumes they require are drastically different and this is something that I had not previously given much thought. Highly recommend this book for anyone who is, or works with, lifters and serious athletes."

"Interesting and helpful for all kinds of athletes professional and recreational. Deep dive into recovery modalities. Has a good look at problems in research for example how Epson bath salts seem to have a positive effect in recovery, but is that the bath itself or the salts?"

"Well written. Helped me structure my workouts so that I don’t overtrain and aggravate my chronic aches and pains."

"The book is very interesting, there is a ton of information about mev,mrv and mav and how you can use it for yourself. The only downside that i had with the book is that the reference list consist of only RP articles, i would have liked to see more references to academic articles so that i can see for myself how they got to this method, instead of just saying that it is how it is."
