I have coached multiple world champions in natural bodybuilding, as well as national and Olympia-level competitors to top placings. My coaching experience spans a diverse range of clients, from those undertaking significant fat loss journeys exceeding 250 pounds to powerlifters achieving personal bests on the platform. During my undergraduate and master's studies, I contributed to coaching a substantial portion of the USA Weightlifting team under Juggernaut Training Systems and completed extensive prehabilitation and rehabilitation training under Dr. Quinn Henoch. Fits my needs perfectly!
Years ago I tried the original RP program and loved it! I had been toying with doing it again, but was concerned that I wouldn't be able to dedicate myself to the macro's. This is just perfect. I am eating great, it is easy to follow and I am seeing/feeling results. Too soon to tell, I did my base 2 times before going into the first phase. I am noticing, though my body feeling balanced and good. Love RP!
