You can select one of our 45 pre-built programs and let it autofill the exercises, or create your own plan from scratch! The app was built with flexibility in mind giving our users complete control!
Is the diet app included in this bundle?
No, the hypertrophy training bundle does not include the diet app. It does have an exclusive huge discount to save on the diet app though!
Why can't I find this app in the app store?
This is a web based application, which means it is accessed via a browser on your device. You simply log in, and after you’re in, save the page to your home screen, which will be like any other app on your device going forward.
The good news is, because it’s a web app you can access it from any device with internet and a browser, not limiting you to just one device.
