Mel is amazing!
"Mel has been a perfect match for me as I cut fat and learn how to lift on my own. She designed macro targets for me that didn’t feel too hard to adjust to and gave me great tips on how to stick to it. She also trusted me when I said that I thought I was holding on to weight due to bloat. This helped delay a further cut which, in turn, made the diet easier to stick to. She is motivating and factual, explaining her thought process and being science focused, which I appreciate.
