9 Month Transformation Contest Winner Part 2

Here's our female winner for the 9 month transformation contest!

Kristi Spitzley, from Pewamo, MI

9-mo-female-winner

How did you come to be a client of RP?

Mattie Rogers was always posting about it on Instagram so I followed RP too, and here I am!

RP product/service used:

Fat-loss templates, 1:1 with Mike Caruso

Duration:

On-and-off with templates from January to May. At the beginning of May I started 1:1 with Mike and have continued 1:1 since.

Can you give us an idea of the type of workouts you each do in the gym in a given week?

I actually have a hand injury that flares up from time to time, so I've managed to figure out my own routine that consists of modified Female Physique Templates, lots of squats, and rest.

Before / After stats, if known?

I so badly wish I had DEXA scans done before and after

January - 172 lbs

May (start of 1:1) - 164.4

Current: 142

I lost my measurements from January but they were relatively the same to May, give or take... May 6th - present measurements:

Waist: 36" to 30.5

Hips: 42" to 35"

Chest: 40" - 36"

Arm: 14.5" - 13"

Thigh: 26" - 23.5

Your favorite RP friendly meal while on the diet?

Ham, guac, and pickle roll-ups with a side of sweet potato fries

If you've had a cheat meal after ending the diet, what did you have?

Loaded cheeseburger and a beer with fat free cool whip for dessert :)

What are your goals from here?

Survive the holidays and complete another cut.

Any diet advice for others?

If you have a cheat meal, don't stress over it, forget it and move on. Embrace rest days, your body needs them. Lastly, teach the people around you about your diet, it will be the best thing you do for yourself to make the process easier.

Any other comments about the process / your progress?

Be ready to commit. Failure to do so may result in a short cut (this was me, two times). This doesn't make you a failure, it doesn't mean you won't be successful, and it doesn't mean you should just give up because it's hard. Re-evaluate what you want, how you're going to get there, create a plan and execute it. The only thing standing in the way of your goals is yourself.
