  1. Work one-on-one with an expert RP coach via email exchange (typically a PhD caliber coach or a world champion/record holder)
  2. Create a customized plan to help you achieve your training goals with very little left to chance. Note: Does not include endurance training; weight training only.
  3. Your coach will monitor your weekly progress and make any necessary adjustments to your customized program
  4. Feedback from your coach 3x a week (in response to your proactive updates, required of each coaching client at least 2x a week to stay on track!)
  5. Unlimited contact between you and your coach via email
  6. A 24-hour turnaround on your questions on weekdays, 48-hour turnaround on weekends
  7. The 3 month training plan typically has 3 mesocycles of training with it


What’s the next step after completing my purchase?

After purchase, you will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire (which is available in your Downloads once you've purchased this plan) that your coach will use to create a customized training plan. You will also be asked to sign a waiver and submit a startup photo. You will receive your training plan 2-3 business days after receipt of your completed questionnaire, signed waiver, and photo.

How do I communicate with my coach?

You will be expected to check in with your coach at least twice per week (please note that your coach will not proactively reach out to you). However, should you have an additional question or concern throughout the week, there are no limits on how often you can reach out to your coach.

All communication will be performed over email and social media. We work with clients from across the United States, as well as internationally (including over 50 countries worldwide). Please note that phone consultations are not provided in the coaching price and will be at an extra cost (and are based solely on the availability of the coach).

Which consultant do I select?

Typically, selecting a specific coach is not necessary as your coach will be assigned for you. Selecting a consultant on the coaching menu means you have spoken with that coach before about working together. We try to accommodate specific requests, but cannot guarantee the coach you pick will be available. Coaching selections are based on coaching availability, goals, gender, and locations.

Will my coach offer counseling?

Our one-on-one coaching plan does not provide any psychological counseling. We are a sports nutrition company that provides diet/training plans for improving sports performance and/or altering body composition.

Do you offer refunds?

There are no refunds/transfers of service on diet and/or training programs sent. No exceptions. There is a $50 cancellation fee if any order is refunded before the diet/training program is sent.

How / when will I receive my product?

All digital RP products can now be downloaded at the time of purchase, we no longer email them to you.

Confirmation emails are sent out shortly after your order is completed. Please be sure to check your spam, promotions, or updates folder as sometimes our emails are sent there.

Fun fact: You can re-download any product you've previously purchased from the Downloads page of your RP account portal (accessible once you log into your account).
