Why Choose Christian:
To be blunt, I used to think I was a gift to strength & conditioning and coaching. That I could input the best training for someone and output championships and success. Over the years, I've come to the shocking realization that I don't work with robots! Being a human can be challenging, but that doesn't mean you can't do hard things! My coaching style meets you where you are, takes into account your lifestyle, challenges, and successes you have to bring you towards your goals.
Everyone says communication is important to them, but it really is to me. I want us to converse! My experience comes from two decades of education and application in the field so, I will be realistic with you on what to expect and guide you on a path to achieve those goals. If needed, I offer a shift in the way you might think and process things to lower levels of stress and find more efficient ways to adapt and manage all that life brings. I'm not a counselor or therapist, but I am happy to listen.
At the end of the day, I want to offer you TOOLS to have success on your own. Teach you to fish, so to speak, rather than just five you fish.
