The Gig
RP Strength is seeking a passionate, results-driven Paid Media Manager to oversee our digital marketing acquisition strategies, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and measure campaign success against various key metrics including CAC, ROAS, and CPI.
What You'll Do
- Own all Paid Media Campaigns: Manage, execute, and optimize all Google Ads and Meta Ads, including search, display, video, and social media.
- Test and Improve: Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative analysis to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Focus on the Data: Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, adjusting strategies and budgets to meet important KPIs including CAC, ROAS, and CPI.
- Collaborate and Iterate: Team up with internal and external creative and content teams to develop new ad creatives to improve KPIs. Align with other internal partners to set goals for product launches and important seasonal and promotional periods.
- Manage Outside Vendors: Leverage the talents of outside vendors, provide direction, set expectations, and hold them accountable to deadlines.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 3-5 years directly managing digital ads, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, for a direct-to-consumer product with a $2 MM+ annual advertising budget. Basic SEO knowledge is preferred.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Google Ads platform, Meta Ads platform, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. Experience in other ad platforms is a plus.
- Personality: You are a self-starter with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously with little oversight.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a love for collaboration.
