WHAT YOU'LL GET

  1. A half hour one-on-one phone conversation with an expert in diet and training programming science, both application and theory
  2. The opportunity to share information about yourself to provide context to the expert, if desired
  3. The opportunity to ask any question on the following topics, and the underlying science and application of each (in general, or to you personally): Fat loss, Weight Maintenance, Muscle Gain, Hypertrophy, Strength, Power, Speed, Endurance Training
  4. The option to have a consultant review or critique a training and/or diet plan during the phone consult. (Note: The plan must be sent in advance and receipt of plan must be confirmed by consultant before phone consultation to guarantee review during the consult. All reviewing will take place during the phone consult with no pre-viewing of the plan by the consultant)
  5. NOTE: To get an hour-long consultation, please purchase 2 half hour sessions.

How long of a session does the $125 buy?

30 minutes. To get a one hour consult, which we also offer, set the quantity of this product to "2" before you click Add. This will add 2 half hour sessions to your cart, which we will combine to provide an hour-long consultation. One hour consultations are $250 ($125 for each half hour).

How soon after my purchase will I be contacted by my consultant?

Upon purchase, you will be promptly contacted by an expert RP Coach, requesting to schedule a time for the phone consultation, usually within one business day of purchase.

Can I expect any of the following from RP Phone Consultation?

  • The consultant to draft a training or diet program for me?
  • Any review of a diet or training plan, outside the scheduled consultation?
  • Coaching from the consultant before or after the consultation?
  • For my consultant to provide me with any documents, education or resources, before or after the consult?
  • Advice on medical issues or performance enhancing drugs?

Unfortunately not. You will want to purchase a full-fledged RP Coaching Plan to benefit from any of these services.
