  • University of Central Missouri (UCM) Personal Training (under Jared Feather), 
  • UCM Scientific Training Association VP (under Mike Israetel and Jared Feather), 
  • Excelerate Sport Assistant Coach, 
  • East Tennessee State University (ETSU) Head Powerlifting Coach. 
  • Lifelong athlete (soccer, golf, track & field, cycling, etc.). 
  • 10+ years of scientific weight lifting.

 

Hobbies and Interests: 

  • I love Jesus and spending time with Him daily!  
  • I love getting to know people, learning more about what they think, want, and feel. 
  • I love reading. 
  • I love all things meat.

I want to help you not only appreciate how and why your body functions the way it does but also understand how to harness that knowledge in a way that aligns with your goals.Whether it’s refining your training or optimizing your nutrition, everything we do together will be practical, achievable, and tailored to you. And if you’re someone who loves diving into the details, I’m all in—sharing and exploring knowledge is one of my favorite parts of coaching!
