I have coached multiple world champions in natural bodybuilding, as well as national and Olympia-level competitors to top placings. My coaching experience spans a diverse range of clients, from those undertaking significant fat loss journeys exceeding 250 pounds to powerlifters achieving personal bests on the platform. During my undergraduate and master's studies, I contributed to coaching a substantial portion of the USA Weightlifting team under Juggernaut Training Systems and completed extensive prehabilitation and rehabilitation training under Dr. Quinn Henoch. My coaching portfolio encompasses a wide spectrum, from general population clients seeking lifestyle improvements to world champions aiming for peak performance.
