How / when will my recipient receive my gift?

Your gift recipient will get an email with subject "You Got An RP Gift Card" (please be sure to have them check their spam, promotions, or updates folder if they do not see it in the Inbox of the email account you gifted it to.)

This email will contain instructions on redeeming their gift card and tracking their remaining balance. If they are new to RP, their email will include a login we have generated for them to access the RP Site. 

You, as the buyer, will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order is completed, and the gift card purchase will appear in your Orders.

Are there any restrictions for redeeming this gift card?

This gift card is not redeemable towards any month to month coaching plans or the The RP Diet Coach App

Can I add more $ to an RP gift card?

Not at this time. To add to your gift amount, you would simply purchase an additional gift card for the same recipient (currently available amounts are: $50, $125 and $300)

Can these gift cards be used for the RP Diet Coach app?

Unfortunately, because the app is sold by iTunes and the Google Play store, our gift cards cannot be applied. However, you can purchase an iTunes or a Google Play gift card, and that can be used for the app!

Can a gift card be combined with an actual payment method to complete a purchase?

Yes! The recipient can certainly combine gift and credit card payment methods, and can also enter a specific amount of his/her gift card to be used towards a given purchase, if they wanted to hold onto some of the gift for later purchases.

Do you offer refunds?
