I’ve been using the FL1 template with FPT for 3 weeks. With the exception of a couple of cocktails, I’ve been diet compliant. My total body weight has dropped from 152 to 146 but my body fat percentage has increased from 28% to 29.5%. My goal is to change by body composition and would like to get down to 24-25% body fat. I don’t want to be skinny fat. I’m not sure where to go from here. Please give me some insight. Thanks.
