Is this ecookbook only nonfat recipes? Are the recipes easily incorporated with my RP template?

Be sure to check out the TOC pictured above, far left – along with 2 sample recipes! Big Flavor, Zero Fat is a nonfat themed eCookbook – so you aren’t going to find any nuts, oils or avocados in here. You’ll find everything from proteins to soups to desserts.

Do any of the recipes contain any fat?

Yes, 3 of the recipes have 1 g of fat per portion.

What types of ingredients are used in the recipes?

There are not alot of unique or unusual ingredients in this cookbook, but I’ve listed a few that you’ll see used sparingly:

Brown rice syrup – a great mild replacement for a thick sweetener like honey, it’s made 100% of brown rice, so totally RP approved.  You can find it on Amazon, and at most “healthy” grocery stores, in the baking aisle.

Whole grain pastry flour, spelt flour – whole grain flours, can be found at most “healthy” grocery stores and online

Beet sugar, coconut sugar – sugar alternatives – can be found at most “healthy” grocery stores, and online. (Admittedly, plenty of debate as to whether or not these alternatives are better than cane sugar.  Certainly not a template food, but they are used in moderation!)

Date sugar – very interesting ingredient as it can be used as an alternative to sugar, but it is actually just ground up dates.  It’s lower in carbs, but you can’t just swap it 1:1 for any recipe for sugar.  You’ll need to experiment with it as it does have, in my opinion, a pretty strong and “earthy” flavor profile, not a good match in all recipes.

Can I get a paper copy?

Since this is only 50 recipes, it’s really too small to work well printed and bound by our on-demand printer, so we are only offering the eBook version.

Do you offer refunds?

There are no refunds on our eBooks. All sales are final.

How / when will I receive my product?

All digital RP products can now be downloaded at the time of purchase, we no longer email them to you.
